For Children (ages 2 to 10)

• Establish good life long dental habits, including brushing, flossing and regular check-ups
• Monitor facial growth and development
• Create comfortable and friendly rapport with your dental health providers
• Administering fluoride treatments and sealants to prevent tooth decay
• Monitor loss of baby teeth and emergence of adult teeth

Pre-Teens and Teenagers (ages 11 – 20)

• Evaluate need for orthodontics
• Encourage safe practices for athletic participation such as mouthguards
• Monitor the emergence of wisdom teeth; treat as necessary
• Continue education on healthy dental habits, including diet, daily hygiene and avoidance of tobacco products

Adults (21 – 55)

• Maintain consistent schedule of preventative and hygiene visits
• Evaluate and treat periodontal disease at its earliest stage
• Correct aesthetic concerns including tooth straightening, whitening, cracked/worn/missing teeth; porcelain veneers
• Conduct regular oral cancer screenings
• Replace any old or worn fillings, crowns or bridges as needed

Seniors (55+)

• Focus on saving permanent teeth as much as possible
• Monitor the impact of chronic diseases (i.e., diabetes) or other health conditions on dental health
• When necessary, treat missing or damaged teeth with permanent, fixed appliances such as crown and bridgework, porcelain veneers, or dentures (full or partial)
